The capsule room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the fuss-free check-in and checkout process, as everything is done using a QR code card. The location near the train station is ideal, with izakayas and convenience stores like Lawson just minutes away. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with separated wet and dry areas for convenience. I faced challenges like the 10 am checkout policy, requiring guests to leave the sleeping area even if they wanted to sleep in. This was inconvenient, especially when cleaning happened in the middle of the day. A lack of accessible water dispensers made it difficult to have water readily available for cooking or drinking. All in all, while the capsule experience is unique and mostly enjoyable, some logistical improvements could enhance the stay.

I loved the modern design and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a restful night.

Accessing communal areas requires navigating between floors, which can be cumbersome. The capsule could feel slightly stuffy without individual A/C.

We didn't have time, so we would love to stay here again. Amiable staff and favourable location in the middle of jackson, everything was perfect. Truly enjoyed the capsule, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Had shared bathroom with all essentials. Location: the hotel was just off a nearby cafe and train station, starbucks & convenience store and many restaurant🙂

The lack of soundproofing in the capsule room made it difficult to sleep, as I could hear other guests quite clearly throughout the night.

The check-in process was annoyingly automated, and if you needed staff assistance, it could take ages for someone to arrive. I found the common area too small for comfort, lacking a space to enjoy meals or socialize. The need to check in and out daily for multiple night stays felt inconvenient and added to the overall hassle of my visit.

great spot for exploring tsukiji and nihonbashi areas

I loved the easy access to both the bustling tsukiji market and the serene imperial palace east garden, just a short walk away from the hotel. Plus, the clean and comfy sleeping pods made it a restful oasis after all my explorations.

This place was a cozy spot for a night, complete with comfy loungewear and all the essentials you could need. I loved lounging in the shared relaxation areas and the thoughtful little amenities provided made it feel special. Just a heads up, the walls could use some extra soundproofing, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

It's just a 10-minute walk to the Horidomecho 1-chome bus stop and the cafe here is perfect for breakfast.
